Hitachi's Feature tool was crashing when trying to enter Capacity menu, but this little great tool restored disk back to useable state and data is safe! After running the repair routine it reported an error with the drive so I restored my system to normal, very disappointed. If given the option, do a full format and format the drive as NTFS. it didn't work. Go to the device manager and do it deactivate manually. However this time, the maximum capacity of my hard drive seems to have shrunk (see picture), and I'm not sure what's happening.
